I'm am very effective at coaching both experienced and "up and coming" managers to better display "Managed Leadership" in leading their team, and this includes dealing effectively with difficult employee behavior. I will then follow up with one-hour Tele-Coaching sessions at predetermined intervals after the event to help the managers stay on track. 

HOW IT WORKS

Then, once you've decided to engage me as your coach, we will set up a weekly or bi-weekly schedule to discuss your concerns and find answers. I strongly encourage you to consider the 3 Month program. Frankly, one or two sessions will begin to help you, but you need the regular affirmation for any changes to stick.

Before our first full session together, you will complete a questionnaire that will help you to better define your concerns, and give me an idea of where you are at with those concerns.

At the pre-arranged time (can be evenings too), you will call me and we will begin our session.

Before subsequent sessions, you will complete a brief questionnaire to discover your progress.

During subsequent sessions, we will discuss your progress and any areas of concern, and then move on to the next step in the process.
